UK and International Orders
Delivery Information
All prints are made to order at a professional printing lab in London, England. Once received by the artist, they are signed, dated, and the edition number added before being sent to the customer via DHL.
UK buyers: Delivery is typically within two weeks of purchase.
International buyers: Delivery is typically within three to four weeks.
Timings are approximate and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal or customs delays. Customs charges and import fees are not included; the purchaser is responsible for any such fees.
Returns & Cancellations:
Right to Cancel (UK Customers):
UK customers can cancel their order up to 14 calendar days after receipt of delivery. Orders that have shipped must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Non-shipped orders will be refunded within 14 days of your written cancellation notice.
International Customers:
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
How to Cancel or Return:

For shipped items, a Return Authorisation (RA) number will be issued once the request is reviewed.
Return the item in its original condition and packaging within the specified timeframe.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Items not returned in their original condition may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Faulty Goods:
Inspect your print upon delivery. If damaged, refuse to accept the package or notify the courier immediately.
Once accepted, returns of damaged goods are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Full refunds for faulty prints will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Downloads:
By purchasing a digital download, you agree to instant download. Due to the nature of digital products, returns and cancellations are not accepted.
