UK and International Orders

Delivery Information:

It takes time to prepare your fine art print to the high standards we demand. All prints are made to order at a professional printing lab in London, England, and delivered to you direct from the printing lab to reduce our carbon footprint. All prints are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. Buyers in the UK can expect their prints to arrive within two weeks of purchase and international buyers within three to four weeks of purchase. Timings are approximate and subject to a smooth delivery process without complications or delays caused by the postal service or customs where applicable. 

Custom charges are not included. The purchaser remains responsible for any customs charges incurred.


Returns:

Customers can return a print as long as we are notified within fourteen days of receipt of delivery. Prints must be returned to us within twenty-eight days of receipt of a delivery in the same packaging and condition they were received. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of us receiving the returned print.

Customers will not be refunded for postage costs and are responsible for return postage costs.


Faulty Goods:

Customers should please open and check the condition of the print before signing for it. Should the print be damaged, the customer should advise the person delivering the item that they are not accepting the package and that it should be returned to sender. Once signed for, prints are deemed as received in good condition and returns can then be accepted only on a discretionary, case-by-case basis. Please notify us of your damaged print, so that we may file a return or organise a replacement to be delivered. If you request a refund for the damaged print, a full refund will be processed within fourteen days of us receiving the returned faulty print. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed. 


Cancellations Policy:

UK Customers have the right to cancel their order up to fourteen days after receipt of delivery. Cancelled orders that have shipped must be returned to us within twenty-eight days of receipt of delivery. For non-shipped orders refunds will be processed within fourteen days of receipt of written instruction to cancel. For shipped orders refunds will be processed within fourteen days of us receiving the returned cancelled order. Postage charges are the purchasers responsibility and will not be refunded. Return postage is also the responsibility of the customer.

International customers can only cancel their order if the order has not shipped.

As a small, artist-run business we are grateful for the earliest possible notification of any cancellations so that costs of printing might be avoided.


Downloads:

A download link will be sent to your email address after purchase. By purchasing a download you are automatically agreeing to an instant download. Due to the nature of downloads, returns and cancellations are not accepted on any download purchases.
